We get your order stage-ready in 1-2 business days before shipping it out to you.

Shipping Options

We offer two ways to get your gear:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – For orders over $50, shipped via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Mosh Pit Pro Tip: International customers outside the US – please note we don’t ship to certain Asian countries and remote areas. You may be responsible for customs fees.

Our No-Hassle Returns Policy

The Basics

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached for clothing)
  • In original packaging (especially important for vinyl records)
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

Some items in our collection are like limited edition pressings – once they’re yours, they’re yours:

  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Custom or personalized merchandise (including special Band Shirt Day designs)
  • Bundles that have been opened or partially used
  • Digital downloads or other intangible goods

The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item(s)
    • Reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Pack your return securely (we recommend using the original packaging)
  4. Ship your return to:

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds (Getting Your Cash Back)

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days):

  • Original payment method: Refunds go back to your Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

Exchanges (Swapping for Something Better)

Want a different size, color, or just changed your mind about that album? We’re happy to exchange your item:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Include a note specifying what you’d like instead
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your merch arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement ASAP (if available) or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international fans outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
  • Mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
