Our Return Policy (The Basics)
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached for clothing)
- In original packaging (especially important for vinyl records)
- Accompanied by your original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items (The Encore)
Some items in our collection are like limited edition pressings – once they’re yours, they’re yours:
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
- Custom or personalized merchandise (including special band shirt day designs)
- Bundles that have been opened or partially used
- Digital downloads or other intangible goods
The Return Process (Step-by-Step)
- Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
- Pack your return securely (we recommend using the original packaging)

Return Shipping (The Logistics)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds (Getting Your Cash Back)
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:
- Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Exchanges (Swapping for Something Better)
Want a different size, color, or just changed your mind about that album? We’re happy to exchange your item for something else in our store:

- Include a note specifying what you’d like instead
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund you the difference
Damaged or Defective Items (The B-Sides)
If your merch arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement ASAP (if available) or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns (World Tour Edition)
For our international fans outside the US, please note:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with returns
- Mark your package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
